“Autumn is for knitting”
Knitwear is very popular in autumn, because it’s one of the ideal clothes to keep you from being cold and at the same time from being too warm. The best thing is, if you know how to knit, you can make your own sweaters, scarfs, mittens etc… And you can make them exactly how you want it to look like! But of course, if you don’t know how to knit (like me) you can learn (like me again)! I was lucky because my grandma was really good at knitting and she taught me how to do it, so now, erm, I got as far as knitting 1/6 of a scarf. Yes very outstanding. Anyways, it’s the perfect thing to do on a rainy day when you can’t go out of your house, grab a hot cup of tea, some chocolate and start knitting. At first it might seem really boring, frustrating and dull, but don’t give up! “failure is not an option” Once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy and addictive. Choose your colours:
The colours I chose are mostly warm colours, such as:
- Warm Orange
These colours are sort of warm, autumn colours. They are a bit like the colours of the falling leaves.
